Special Grades:

ENPLAS PA6G GB
ENPLAS PA6G GB grade is equivalent to MC 901.This Blue material possesses fatigue resistance, high impactstrength, shock resistance, heat stability & hence better heataging properties. This is an ideal choice for gear application sensuring higher speed capabilities, smooth operation (less noise) and longer life.

ENPLAS PA 6G HI
ENPLAS 6 G HI grade of modified Cast Polyamidepossesses outstanding shock and impact resistance. It givesoutstanding results in the application of Pile Driver caps.

ENPLAS PA6 GF
This is 30 % Glass filled grade of cast polyamide6. It is characterized by its dimensional stability, enhanced creep resistance. It possesses superior load bearingcharacteristics at higher temperature.

ENPLAS PA66 GF
This is 30% Glass filled grade of Nylon 66 It is characterized by its dimensional stability, enhancedcreep resistance. It possesses superior load bearingcharacteristics at higher temperature.

ENPLAS PA 612G
This is made by CO polymerization of monomers Caprolactam and Laurinlactam. It is characterized by higher impact strength, elongation to break and lowermoisture absorption, over Cast Nylon 6. These properties can be varied with proportion of the two monomers. This grade finds application in coupling element of Steel mills, Ball Valve seats, dryer Gear Rings of Paper Mills, pile drivercaps etc.

ENPLAS PA 12G
Enplas PA12G possesses low moisture absorption andhigh dimensional stability, good mechanical properties andgood chemical resistance. Main applications are gears,bushes, pump parts, rollers, seals etc. It is used in underwater applications.

ENPLAS Fe-mid
Fe-mid consists of a metal shaft encased by any of our CastNylon grades. The bond strength between the interface of metal and the Polyamide exceeds the shear strength of Nylon. This allows for example gears of compact design for a given load. Fe–mid is made by employing proprietary technology to combine metal shafts in the bore of Cast Nylon yielding exceptionally high bond strength so that the composite works as an integral unit. These are available in Diameter ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm and length up to 0.5 meters. This finds application in Power Transmission elements.

Polyamides (Nylon) represents remarkable workhorse engineering thermoplastics. It was one of the first engineering plastic to be introduced and remains one of the most vastlyused as of today. It is available in a wide rangeof grades and sizes.

Design Considerations:
Hygroscopic - certain grades may absorb up to 7% weight in moisture leading to reduced tolerance control, strength and electrical insulation Chemically attacked by strong acids (hydrochloric,sulphuric, nitric), strong bases, phenol,chlorine, chloroform, hydrogen sulphide etc.

Grades:
ENPLAS PA6 E
This is a basic extrusion grade of polyamide being widely used in general engineering. It has good impact strength.

ENPLAS PA6 G
ENPLAS PA6 G cast polyamide is a versatile, economical material, ideal for use in Original Equipmentor maintenance in wide cross section of Industries. It replaces steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum, rubber, and wood or laminated phenolics for making bushings, bearings,gears, wheels, rollers, wear plates and other components. It is also available in large diameters in excess of 2 meters.

ENPLAS PA6G MDS
ENPLAS PA6G MDS is made by incorporating Molybdenum Disulphide and other additives to improve wear properties. This coupled with higher compressive strength and good impact resistance makes it ideal choices for wear pads, liners & sheaves.

ENPLAS PA66
ENPLAS PA66 is an engineering thermoplastic material with almost similar properties of cast ENPLASPA6G GRADE. This has higher mechanical strength & good wear and abrasion resistance with good mechanical properties compared to PA6E Extruded NYLON. It isa material of choice for making bushes, thrust washers, wear liners, rollers etc. In Smaller sizes it is complimentary to ENPLAS PA6G.

Enplas Lubron Series:
This is a family of cast nylon with enhanced lubricity. It incorporates various solid and liquid lubricants in its matrix leading to low coefficient Of friction, low we arrates and high limiting PV values. LUBRON products offersuperior lubrication. After initial lubrication, they last longer than other materials even when lubrication is neglected or original lubrication is washed away or dried

ENPLAS LUBRON 100
This is the most economical grade of LUBRON SERIES. It has distinguished itself in many applications requiring low coefficient of friction, low wear rates and higher limiting PV. It makes an attractive choice for bearings and other sliding wear surfaces.

ENPLAS LUBRON 100 M
This is an enhanced version of LUBRON 100 grade showing much superior all around performance. It is achoice of engineers in applications requiring premium performance.

ENPLAS LUBRON 100 LF
This solid lubricant filled grade is developed to meet thegrowing demand for higher PV capabilities. It allows use of higher speeds and also exhibits superior stick slip characteristics. This material is ideally suited for highspeed sliding pad or bush applications where other materials combination cannot be used.

ENPLAS LUBRON 150
ENPLAS LUBRON 150 is a specially developed grade. It combines advantages of L 100 & MDS GRADES. It is useful in wear components of material handling components, gears for textile and bushes for presses.
